Cant import tournament history requested by mail

Hi,

I requested tournament history from pokerstars and i copy/pasted what they sent me and saved it as txt file... when i tried to import it it didnt work...

i got it in this format :

how to import it?

That looks as if everything is run together onto a single long line.
The hand history needs to have each piece of information on a separate line in order for PT3 to import it.

Like:

..as it would be in an original hand history file.
If it is like that in your original email then try saving it again - make sure it is a plain text file (e.g. paste it into Notepad), and check that each line is separate and complete (sometimes email servers can split longer lines like the date line in two).
