Updating PT on MacOSX

Hello,
I actually feel pretty stupid asking this question, but how do I update PT3 for MacOSX.
Installing the full version was simple, I got a message yesterday that there is a new Beta version out.
Downloaded the file wich has a ".man" extension. And now I dont know what to do with it.
Doubleclicking it gives me an error. Please help me out.

All you should need to do is download and run the latest beta installer - it should have a .dmg extension and you can get it via this link.

hmm
thats pretty weird.
the downloaded file had a .man extension, I just modified it to .dmg and it worked.
