Various (HUD-)Problems with MTTs on iPoker and 888

Hi,

iPoker:
-When I play an MTT on iPoker, I only have a HUD on the very first table, but not on any future table.
-It looks as if PT is not tracking the limits correctly. Yesterday I've played two MTTs with a BI of $109 (no Rebuys, no Addons) but one was tracked as a $209 and the other as $309.

888:
-The stats appear in a quite random fashion. On the first table, PT doesn't seem the detect the right seat (with or without using the preferred seat-option), on future tables, the stats appear on totally weird places. I am not 100% sure about it, but this problem seems only to appear on FR MTTs (9 players), but not by 6max MTTs (it always works properly by 6max-SNGs).

What version of PT3 are you currently using? If you're not using our most recent beta (3.11.6) please update to that version as that may rectify some of your problems.

Also, regarding the positioning of the stats, please see our Tutorial: Preferred Seating which gives troubleshooting methods to fix problems like you describe.

iPoker do not update their hand history files when you are moved to a new table, so PT3 is not able to find your new table window. If you stop/start the import, or close and reopen the table between hands, it will force an update to the hand history file and the HUD should then be able to find the new table window.
There is a known bug in the latest version of the iPoker software which sometimes writes a rebuy and/or addon for the active player in the first hand of a tournament. iPoker have acknowledged this and are working on a fix but until that is released you can correct the number of rebuys and addons using the PT3 menu option Tournaments > Enter Results.

888 - please check the Troubleshooting section of the Tutorial: Preferred Seating, which should get you sorted whether you're using preferred seating or not.

Concerning 888: The Troubleshooting Guide helped a little to cope with the problems, but I still have the same problems.

PT3 (I use the newest Beta 3.11.6) is not able to detect my seat at FR MTTs (9 seats) correctly and sometimes the stats are displayed in a rather crude manner (with missing stats of some players).
I have less problems with 6max Tables where PT3 is working properly most of the time but even there the same problemes appear occasionally.

Then please restart PT3 with the Logging Enabled link, reproduce and report this problem, preferably with screenshots as well, so that we can investigate further for you exactly what is causing this behavior.
