Hud problem. Mac Party web client MTT

Postby ivaB1 » Sun Nov 20, 2011 8:36 pm

Hello.

Having problems with HUD while playing MTT's on Party Poker insta play client. When it getting to late stages with huge blinds PT3 stops importing hands.

Here is example:

2011/11/21 04:35:40: PartyGaming: Error: Invalid pot size/winnings for hand #11120693972 (calculated pot: $2,328.00; reported winnings: $2,568.00) (Hand #11120693972)

Is there something i could do about this?

Thanks

Please attach the full original hand history file to a Support ticket so that we can investigate.
The files will have been moved to ~/Documents/PokerTracker/Processed by default.

I checked processed folder and found that no hands with errors was saved by PT3 as it was ignoring them, although PT3 saved info about wrong hands in LOG files (which is in library/application support folder). Maybe it's better to send logs, as no wrong hands in processed folder.

There where another trouble shortly after which almost killed my PT3. There were new error (2011/11/21 09:02:49: Error: PartyGaming: Error: Unexpected beginning of hand history. all over PT3 log window till it stop working), and PT3 freezes trying to process it. All HUDs on PS stop working too. Fixed by full house keeping + deleting hands from Party folder.

The hand history files may not have been moved if the 'Move Processed Files To' option is disabled in the Auto Import > Preferences.
It doesn't matter where the hand history file is - if you find it and attach it a ticket we'll check out the errors.
