Lock Poker HUD not working - Issue with "grid" mode

I keep getting an error when trying to use hud with lock poker. it says that it does not work in grid mode.

- in (settings/display) i have "single" selected with an X. grid is not selected.

-i reinstalled the poker software and was 100% sure i selected "english" but that did not help the problem.

wondering what to do? thanks.

Are your hands importing properly? Do you have Lock installed in English and running as Administrator?

yes the hands are importing properly. lock is installed in english.

not sure what you mean by "do you have lock running as administrator". this could be the problem. what do you mean and how do i set Lock to run as admninstrator. thank you.

Right click the icon on the desktop and click Run as Administrator (note: this only applies to Windows Vista and Windows 7).

That doesn't apply to XP.
This error can show up when using custom table skins or colours. As long as the tables are not in grid mode then the HUD should be working OK after that message?
