importing hands error

Hi,

I click auto import and it loads hand histories but when i try to play it says hands observed but not imported.
Could anyone help me with this problem thank you.

That suggests that you don't have something set up correctly. Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide in the Documentation which explains how to set things up correctly.

If you still have problems after that please also check the FAQ: Importing to PT3.

the hud works for only 1 or 2 hand and it shows stats for those 1 or 2 hands but than it stops working. When i sit down at a table poker tracker says hands observed but not imported. Than when i am dealt in poker tracker says hand imported from the table but it will only import 1 or 2 hands and than nothing else will happen. Is there any way i can solve this problem.
