all hands are not imported while playing at pokerstars

While playing at pokerstars my statistics are not imported properly, in the beginning of most session the import works fairly well. But only for about 10 hands or something, then it only import a couple random hands per 100 played hands. it's been like that from day 1. I run v3.10 and the postgreSQL v8.3.9. What could be the problem. Greatful for answers/Erik

First, please upgrade to our latest version of PT3 - 3.11.7 - available on our download page. Once you have upgraded please check that everything is set up properly as explained in the PokerStars Configuration Guide - it sounds as if things may not be set up properly on your system.
