Problem. Unsupported database type

Hello PT mates. I had created a new database in my PT3 and all was going good in my playing with pokerstars.
After that I closed my PS session and review all the hands and so on, and it works Ok.

Then, next day I was going to play and press the "Auto import" and then: "Unable to begin feeder process, unsupported database type (And the name of my database).

I tryed to create another database before posting. This solved my problem for only another session, then the same problem came another time...

How can I solve this? Its so boring to create, import all my hands and then starting playing. Please help me PT mates... :(:(:(

What version of PT3 are you currently using?

Please update to v3.11.7 Beta - several issues have been fixed since 3.10.

Downloaded the new version and problem is still the same.
I wish you can help me, I already opened a request explaining the case yesterday.
