getting the hud to show on pokertracker

hello i recently intalled pokerstars vesion 3.12 . it worked the first time i installed in for stars, and today i find that it doesnt work at all. the hud doesnt come up. i re installed poker tracker it still wont work. im saving hand historis
es and using the start up wizard correwctly. the system seems to have check marks accross the board but nothing seems to work.

Please update to the latest PT3 version 3.11.8 Beta which works with the latest PokerStars software.
