Ongame import stopped working (MAC)

Hi,

Pokertracker is not importing any hands from Ongame, tried on 2 different skins, just says found 0 hands to monitor. Yesterday all worked fine, and now cant solve wheres the problem, everything looks normal but no hands coming in. Updated to v3.11.8 beta , but no help. Other sites where i play import normally.

Nevermind about this thread...didnt find a way to delete the original post...
They had made software udpate to ongames MAC software and since had the software online all night didnt get it and the hand historys were going to diff place.
Works fine now and the best part is, HUD finally works for us MAC users!!!!!

We heard their new software was going live, but we didn't want to get anybody's hopes up in case there were troubles - it's great to hear everything is working properly now!

i'm very interesting about this subject, i downloaded and installed the updates of PokerTracker and my OngameSoftware but it's still doesn't work, i don"t have HUD ! Do you change anything ? Can you help me please ?

Make sure you are using v3.11.8 Beta of PT3:

When you run the OnGame software it should say "JPC5" in the title bar. It's possible that your OnGame skin hasn't updated to the new version yet - which site do you play at?

Are your hands importing?
Make sure you configure Auto Import > OnGame Configuration to import from the new hand history folder, which should be:
~/P5JavaClientSettings/handhistory

Hi WhiteRider,

I'm using v3.11.8 Beta, but i don't find ~/P5JavaClientSettings/handhistory. My handhistory is in : .P5/Unibet.fr/handhistory , maybe UNIBET.FR doesn't update his software because hands importing works good but i don't have hud and i don't see "JPC5" in the title bar. Do you have any informations about UNIBET.FR ?

It's possible that update has not gone to the .fr site yet - does the .fr site offer an Instant client through the website? If so that version should work and display the HUD properly for you.

I think they don't do the update, so i will continue to play with parrallels, very sick !

If that's where the hands are being written then they didn't update yet.
As kraada said, if you play with the in-browser / instant-play client the HUD will work directly on your Mac.
