Pokerstars features missing

In the upper left hand corner I used to be able to click on the game number(where it shows game and previous game) and it would bring up names of whoever won the previous games. Also used to be able to "replay" previous hands. Can no longer do either of those. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling but still the same. I first noticed this a few months ago. What can I do? My client version is 5.369 and protocol version is 1.72.

I'm afraid you'd need to contact PokerStars support to discuss this issue with them.

OK I'll do that. But in the meantime, does anyone have access to these features right now, or is it something with my setup? If anyone still gets them please chime in. Thanks.

Hmmm? Would this be something as simple as a setting that's not correct on my end?

Sounds like they're saying the features I'm questioning, are related to "real money" tables that are no longer available. So it sounds like it's not available to the U.S.?

OK I was just looking for confirmation, that the lack of features is in the U.S. version. And maybe what is the reason for it.

The PokerStars.NET client lacks the features in the .COM client - according to the email they sent you this includes the lack of hand history saving and the replayer that you are looking to use.
