Launching failure

Hi!

Earlier I had the same problem, but than it was solved somehow. After about 2 months while I didn't use PT it occured again. When I launch PT this welcomes me:

And if I want to make a new database:

What to do now?

Those messages mean that PostgreSQL is not functioning properly - do you still have PostgreSQL installed on your machine?

I don't remember I uninstalled it. How can I make sure it is installed?

Click start, type services.msc and hit enter. Do you see a PostgreSQL service in the list?

Found it. It is in the list, but was ignored/stopped. Now works, thanks!
