My question is this: Since Poker Tracker uses the hand histories created by the poker software (in my example, Ongame) to log paid rake (it does, right?), there's no way that Poker Tracker could be wrong or inaccurate?
Obviously there are the differences in how various poker sites offer rakeback, but that's not the issue -- Total Rake in PT is rake paid from pots won, and there's no way it could be inaccurate. Right?
I currently play at Coral (Ongame), and I'm afraid I'm getting paid too few Poker Points. I sendt a message to customer support, asked them about this and if it was possible that Poker Tracker 3 was incorrect. Here's the answer:
Poker Points are accumulated by playing ring (cash) games and tournaments. Cash game Points are awarded to players at a rate of 3.6 for each dollar of rake an individual player contributes to a pot e.g. If you contribute 40% to a pot that is raked at $3 you will receive 4.32 Points (3 x 40% x 3.6 = 4.32).
[...]
Poker trackers may not be correct as information is not collected regularly enough for them to be fully trusted.
Kind regards

The text in bold in the quote is also in their Terms and Conditions. It's the weighted contributed rake method. Am I right or am I right? So I downloaded the WCR stat for Poker Tracker (from another thread on here), but it basically shows the same rake as Total Rake Paid:
WCR = $33.53
TPR = $33.52 (total paid rake)
MGR = $32.63
According to them however, I've only paid $17.34 of rake.
This is sad because I feel like I'm being screwd over by them -- there's no way I can clear my bonus at that rate.
So what I'm basically asking here is that you confirm (if possible) that Poker Tracker's Weighted Contributed Rake stat (or the other for that matter, since they seem to be the same amount) honestly reflect the amount of rake paid.
Sorry if I'm ranting, but something seems fishy here (the last sentence in the quote is total bullsh$!t) and I tend to rely on Poker Tracker here.
Thanks in advance!
