PTR3 - not importing hands into Table Scan Turbo

hi guys,

i just installed Table Scan Turbo. in order to check for profitable tables on PS.
unfortunately the PTR3 database doesnt "connect" with TST.
TST wont import the hands i already have played with the villains.
TST even doesnt import the hands i actually play atm, although the filters are set "read from my open tables" as well.

the filters in TST are set correctly - i installed it with TST users, who are familiar with the program.
i even opened a new database for PTR3 and told TST to import the hands from the new one.
but nothing changes.

so it seems to be that the issue is all about the database.

hopefully we can solve the problem quickly!
