Poker Stars HuD Issue

I am having problems with my HUD randomly switching off in the middle of tournaments. I am using 3.11 Beta but I noticed in the processing it will randomly switch from importing to Observing despite me being in the tournament. Anyone have any idea's on how to fix this issue? Thanks, Everything is set up as it should be as far as saving hand histories and such.

That behaviour could indicate that you're only getting observed hands imported, and not the hand history files. Please read the PokerStars Configuration Guide and make sure that you have everything set up correctly so that PT3 can read your hands from the hand history files.

Hey white rider thanks for the response, This is not a sick brag but I am a long time user of PT3 and the "tech" guy amongst my friends. I promise you everything is configured correctly. My friend had the same issue on his poker tracker today he noticed he started ot have problems when he was viewing another table while playing. His HUD disappeared he shut the other table he was watching and eventually the HUD came back. He pulled up the table again and the HUD disappeared again.

In that case please report your problem next time you see it - your logs should show us what is going on if you tell us exactly when you notice the problem and include screenshots to illustrate, and the hand history files from the tournaments. Thanks.
