Database update error,

So i just bought pokertracker3

and installed it first time i run it says need database update or smthin like that

then update error appears

Im ready to even start completly fresh database or smthin but i dont know how to

To start a new database click Database --> Database Management --> New, then set it as Active and Default and reimport your hands. Once everything is set up, you can delete your old database at your discretion.
