PT3 database problem

I'm using latest trial version of PT3.It was working fine for 2 months now i've problem with the database.I play on Microgaming.
I get these 2 problems when i start PT3.
Even though it says it's importing hands but it doesn't go into the database and it doesn't show any stats.

I suspect there may be a problem in that database.
Please create a new database and see if things work properly when that is active? That will help us see how to proceed.
