RPM hand format not supported

I have the same error seen in the link below:

I am getting the exact same error message that this poster was getting.

I tried starting postgresSQL per the post ITT (see below), does this help determine my problem? How do I fix this?

I also tried to create a new database, this did not work either.

Any help would be appreciated.

Please enable logging (Configure -> Options -> Logging enabled), reproduce the problem and then shut down PT3 and attach the PokerTracker.log file found in your ~/Documents/PokerTracker folder, to a Support Ticket prior to restarting PT3 so we can investigate it further.
