"Reult too large" error message

I am having multiple issues after my last import. The player list won't load, housekeeping won't run correctly, and I can't purge the import. Here's the details:

I attempted to import 500k hands yesterday and the import did not complete because my notebook ran out of HD space. I had to force quit PT3 and free up some space. ~250k hands imported before the memory problem.

I freed up some space and ran housekeeping.

When I open PT it tells me that my holdem cache is only 45% and the player list won't load. There is a long error in the player list box that starts with "Unable to execute query: SELECT player.id_player,"... and ends with "player.id in (SELECT DISTINCT holdem_table_session_summary"

When I attempt to purge the hands I from the recent import it gives me the error:
"Unable to execute query: SELECT id_session FROM holdem_table_session_summary WHERE 1=1 AND (id_limit IN (2)); Reason: Fatal Error (ERROR: could not read block 5244 of relation base/142244/142526: Result too large )

edit: I will try re-importing the hands tonight but the fact that I can't purge them makes me think the problem will still exist

That error suggests one of the files which make up your database can't be read.
You could try this, although if a file is missing it may not help: You can set PostgreSQL to ignore these errors by clicking Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Configuration Files --> Edit postgresql.conf. In the configuration file that appears, go to the bottom of the file and add the text “zero_damaged_pages = on” on a new line and then save and close the file. Click Start --> Programs --> PostgreSQL --> Reload Configuration and PostgreSQL will ignore the damaged data.
If that doesn't help you may need to create a new database and reimport your hands.

Thanks that seemed to work. At least, I can run housekeeping now.
