Help with graphing total winnings (inc. rakeback)

Postby oshmalls » Fri Mar 23, 2012 9:47 pm

Hi, I read a few threads about customizing graphs to show total profit. I downloaded one of the statistics for "total won" that was set at a default of 27% rakeback. I changed the rakeback to 42%. The rake and rakeback data shows up properly on the graph, however the total won does not. The gap between the amount won line and the total won line seems to get smaller or stay the same while it should be getting bigger. Here is a screen picture of the graph:

Value expression: amt_won + (amt_rake * .42)
Format expression: format_money(amt_won + (amt_mgr*.42), true)

Please let me know how I can fix this so that my Total Winnings data is properly graphed.

Thank you!

It could be a currency issue - the Amount Won will be in your chosen currency but your new rakeback stat probably isn't. To compare the two you'll need to use the same type of currency conversion expressions that the built-in Amount Won stats do.

I changed my global currency from CAD to USD (I assume that is what the "amount won w/rakeback" stat uses), but it made the graph more incorrect. I should note that I play on Ipoker and i regularly play tables with USD, EURO and GBP buyins. I'm not sure what you were describing in your response, could you please give me step by step instructions or something else to try and fix this?

Thank you! :D

You can check out the Tutorial: Custom Reports and Statistics for information on working with custom stats, but if you export your stat and attach it to a Support Ticket we'll take a look at it and help you get it working. Please bear in mind that we have a large volume of support requests at the moment so it may take us a little which to get to it.
