PT4 download page doesn't exist

PT4 download page doesn't exist

PT4 beta download page doesn't seem to exist, the PT4 "new version is available, click here to update!" also links to PT3. Changing the download link page from something like PT3.php to PT4.php works though, so I was able to download it, but it links to the PT3 page.
