Microgaming invalid pot size errors

Hi,

Still having problems with microgaming, have the newest beta and pot sizes still go wrong.
Can i do something my self or do i need to wait for a new release to fix the problem ?

Please attach your GameHistory.dat file to a support ticket for us. Once we can see the hands that cause these problems we can better ascertain whether we can fix them (and if we can, we will certainly do it).

I am also still occasionally getting this error. It appears to only be occurring when an all-in occurs (I play NL HU exclusively if that matters). I have created a ticket and attached my gamehistory.dat file.

I don't see anything under "my support tickets"... nor do I have any sort of email confirmation of a ticket being created. Not sure if i did something wrong. I submitted then gamehistory.dat file under submit hand histories section of the support.

I only see one ticket linked to your account which last had activity in 2008. Could you please try zipping the file up and giving it one more shot?
