Computer lag when hud running

I've recently started experiencing some lag when running PT3 hud. Everything is fine with stars, tableninja and pt3 open but once the HUD comes on, there is a delay and some flicker when transitioning to the next table in my stack. I normally 24 table but 9 tables is even unbearable.

I have windows vista 32bit. Im using the classic theme and have disabled most visual effects to help performance. My database is quite new and have tried housekeeping to no avail. I have the most recent version of pokertracker 3.13.4beta.

I need to get some grinding in here to stay on pace so any help you can give would be greatly appreciated, especially if that help could come quick ;)

I did also recently experience some weird issues where PT3 would import hands extremely slowly. Like I played about 1k hands in a 40 minute session, closed down all tables and PT3 took quite awhile to catch up.

Last night i did a system restore and the problem seems to have disappeared.
