best way to get old data with new computer?

Hi,
I just bought a new computer and want to install pt3.
What's the best way to deal with the data I have on my old computer?
Ask pokerstars for hand history and import manually?
Or is there a way to just transfer the data from my old computer to my new computer?

The easiest way is to use our Backup and Restore system - all you'll need to do on your new machine is install PT3, then restore your backup.
