Hi, today i played Pokerstars with winXP. PT3 started but does not import my hands.

Importstatus: (Date&time) 2Pokerstars: Hand observed but not imported (Handnr & Tablename)

What's this?

By importing manually from the HH-directora there are only importet the half of hands. :?

That means that our memory grabber observed a hand in order to pick out what players are where but did not import it per the rules PokerStars set out for us. If you're seeing that a lot though it may mean you don't have PokerStars set to save hand histories - in which case you definitely want to do that through the Options --> Instant Hand History options, then configure PokerTracker to use that directory on the PokerStars Preferences tab.

All is activated at Pokerstars-Lobby (save HH and TH).

Today i tested a turnament.

Same thing: No Hud, but Hud is activated. 2 Hands observed but not imported, the 3. hand is imported and nothing more.

At the end of tournier i imported it manually.

Please check that PT3 is configured to read from the correct folder in Auto Import > PokerStars Configuration.
