hello i am installing new version of windows and need to format my disk
but i dont want to loose all my hands how can i save them and move them to new windows?because now i cant find them anywhere

i cant make export of hands because of error and this error can be fixed only by reinstalling windows

and this is what i get when trying to backup

Follow the steps in this troubleshooting guide under Database Corruption and Faulty Hardware - one of those two should get things working for you enough that you can make your backup.
