Hello

i have a problem with my HUD during my Sng's sessions.

When i turn the auto import of it works perfectly if i want to replay a hand.

But if i turn it on it does neither works if i want to replay some hands nor during playing.

Sometimes it works on a table. Maybe because of the table number there is a '#' before the number but that's just a suspition...

I'm playing at Partypoker and i'm using PT3 for a long time. The problem appeared a week ago. I updated PT3 yesterday. I'm using now the 3.15beta version but the problem isn't solved.

Any solutions?

The PT3 replayer HUD cannot function while Auto Import is running - this is intentional because using the Replayer HUD while playing can cause severe performance problems.

We have gotten around this issue in PT4 but it does remain for PT3.

but my main problem is that the HUD does not appear while playing sng's.

I have the same problem. HUD is not working on Party's SNG (or sometimes working only on 1 or 2 tables while I'm playing up to 15 tables). It started few days ago, earlier everything was working perfectly fine. Is there any way to fix it or we have to wait for next Poker Tracker update?

it works on turbo sng's and on speed tables that have a # symbol before their table number

Same problem. Everything work's fine except the hud for speed Stt

Please enable logging and restart PT3.
Play a single tournament where the Hud doesn't appear and then attach the PokerTracker.log to a Support Ticket along with the hand history file for the session and a screenshot of the table window so that we can see what is going on. Thanks.

I have the exact same problem, I usually play 4 speed STTs at once and the HUD has not been showing on any table.
I have been using the latest Beta version of PT3 since its release and have not experienced problems until a few days ago, which makes me think the problem could possibly have coincided with the most recent PartyPoker update.

I have not got enough time to play another tournament at the moment but if the problem still has not been resolved the next time I play I will submit a bug report.

Just played a few tournaments after downloading the latest Beta, the HUD now seems to be working fine for me. Thanks for fixing the problem.
