HUD icon not showing up on table

Hello.

I have a screen shot, though you can probably take my word for it that it is not there. With no icon on the table I cant save my layout, etc. I have to reset the positions of the HUD every table every time.

How can I escalate this to support?

Have you made any changes to the Hud configuration?

If not, try this:
Close PT3 down.
Rename the file:
C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 3\Data\layouts.pt3
..to layouts.old and start PT3 again. That will reset the Hud to the defaults, which should show the PT-icon again.

If you've changed your Hud go into the Hud editor and duplicate your profile by clicking the Options button. This will reset the default positions in the copy.
Since you won't be able to change profile at the table you'll need to delete your existing profile so that the default is used instead initially. (I'd suggest exporting the profile before you delete it, as a backup.)

Yes, Ive made changes to my HUD.

I tried what you suggested, then importing my configuration - but I cant get it to switch from the default now.

Oh wait, I think I have it working now. TYVM.
