Problem auto-import pokerstars

Hello,

There is a problem with the auto-import with pokerstars .

I did everything who was asked ( everything in english, be sure that my hand history is stored on my computer, the way used by poker tracker is the right one )

I can manually import the hand history which is stored on my computer !!

But when i want to add a way and i look for the right folder, i cant find de documents !! But i can find them when i look for them through

(user) ==> appdata ==> local ==> pokerstars.BE ==> handHistory ==> ( pokerstars nickname )

But through poker tracker, using the same way i dont see the documents...

So if you can help me please !!!

If the hand histories are in the folder and you configure PT3 to import from the "HandHistory" folder (you don't need to include the nickname part of the path - PT3 will import from subfolders too) then the hands should be imported.
Please check that the 'Start Automatically' option is ticked in PokerStars Configuration, or that you start the site import for PokerStars.
