I updated my windows 7 tonight and now PT3 starts but never loads completely. No splash screen and no systray icon.

If you haven't already please reboot - this can sometimes resolve that kind of problem.

If it still won't launch please run it via the "Logging Enabled" link in the Start men and send us your log file so that we can investigate further.
