Poker tracker 4 on 888 5 max table

HUD doesn't work for cash 5 max table. For 6 max everything is fine.

Poker tracker 3 work for both types.

Why?

It should be working on those tables.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

If you could also include a screenshot of the table and the hand history file that would be a big help as well.

You can review screen shot below. PT icon exists, but no HUD

P.S.
Also no chance to select the size of the table for this type of tables. I think this fact related with this problem

I've been told these are a new type of table and the issue is that PT4 doesn't know where to put the boxes on the table. So what we can do here is manually set the locations for you then you can move them as you need (and now that we're aware of this issue it is on our list to get fixed).

To set the location manually, click File -> Open User Data Folder and go into the Config folder and edit PokerTracker.cfg with Notepad (or any other text editor). Scroll down until you see a section labeled [Site.888]. Add this underneath it:

CenterPoints.8=93,278|105,165|295,95|475,95|660,165|675,278|660,390|385,425

If you don't see a [Site.888] section add it at the end as so:

[Site.888]
CenterPoints.8=93,278|105,165|295,95|475,95|660,165|675,278|660,390|385,425

Save the file and restart PT4 and you should get a HUD on these tables (and you'll probably need to ctrl+click and drag to move the boxes once, then PT Icon -> Save Layout to save the location).

I'm afraid I wasn't explicit enough in my directions to Kraada.
Because this is a 5 seat table you will need to use "CenterPoints.5=" and list 5 pairs of co-ordinates.

Try this:

[Site.888]
CenterPoints.5=93,278|105,165|295,95|475,95|660,165

These co-ordindates are pretty arbitrary, but they should at least get the Hud to appear so that you can reposition it as Kraaa suggested.

I don't see the CenterPoints line in the configuration shown in the log file you uploaded. The first thing to check is that you added the line to the existing [Site.Merge] section if there is one, and that it is still there when you re-open the config file?

If you think you have it set up correctly please attach the edited PokerTracker.cfg file to a Support Ticket with a link to this thread and we'll check out your config for you.
