HUD microgaming

Hi,

unfortunately my HUD doesn't work at microgaming. Auto Import works fine, but the HUD doesn't open. The first time there was an error prompted, which I can't remember completely, but it was someting like "can't reconize table" or so.

How can I solve this?

It's windows 7. I use the latest version of PT3.
My configuration works on Full Tilt, Stars, except microgaming.

Please follow this configuration guide - I am not aware of any outstanding issues for Microgaming and PT3 at this point in time.

Thats's exactly what I've done. I restarted and the error message is " Pokertracker cannot display the Hud on MicroGaming tournament tables at this time because they cannot be uniquely identified."
So does this mean, that you don't support sit'n gos on microgaming at the moment?

If you like I can send you a screenshot. After this message I tried cash game and everything worked.

My apologies, it's been a while since I reviewed the PT3 supported sites list - as you can see here, PT3's HUD is ring games only for Microgaming. PT4's HUD does support Microgaming tournaments.

:-( I see, have to switch to PT4.

But I'm a bit lazy and I have created a lot of customized stats. Is it possible to get help/support for converting stats, hud, db to PT4?

Many custom stats will convert over and if you have trouble with a conversion just let me know where you're stuck and I'll gladly tell you what's changed so that you can convert things as you need.
