Net localgroup "Administrators" "NT AUTHORITY\SERVICE" \delete

I have been doing some research and this problem appears to have been caused because I had UAC turned off in vista when I originally installed PT3. I strongly suggest that a warning is added to the install to ensure UAC is on prior to installing.

I have never run into this problem and I have had UAC disabled since day one. :?

I guess I will need to research the issue a little more. I am glad you were able to get it resolved :)
