Big Problems

Ok, first of all, iv'e searched the whole forum, tried alot of different stuff, nothing works.

This is it,

I had the first beta version of PT3 installed, i uninstalled it and the postgresql program.

Now i cant install postgre, i know.. user already exists, i have tried turning of the uac deleting the account in the control panel, user etc, also tried at the command prompt, no luck.. access denied.

When im logged on as admin with uac on, the account isnt there.. when i shut it off.. and restart the comp its there, even though i try to delete it..

Im not so good with shit like this, but i have tried my best and read all the tips on here, but nothing seems to work.

So, please help me out before i throw the damn computer out the window.
