Istallation error

Hi

I recently brought poker tracker 3 installed it and was working fine then got message today saying needed to update my version - stupidly because i couldnt find the new one (didnt realise it wasnt out yet) as was trying to instal the same one (off the website) i uninstalled and tried to re instal since that i can not get back into poker tracker

i tried to re instal Postgre and get this error - 'C:\programfiles\postgreSQL\8.3\tmp\initdb.log'

then when i try to load up poker tracker i get this error
Unable to create PostgreSQL database: PT3 Beta DB1
Reason: Unable to login to database (template1). Reason: could not connect to server: Connection refused (0x0000274D/10061) Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting TCP/IP connections on port 5432?


please can you help?

You don't need to re-install postgres for a new PT3 version. Try downloading and installing beta 11 without postgres version.
