UB HH not importing all tables pulled up

I'm currently running 9 full-ring tables to datamine on Ultimate Bet w/ PAHUD. I've got the Hand History log pulled up from each table and I have PT looking for the HH in my PA folded. My HH are also saved to my hard drive.

A couple of days ago I was having no trouble doing this but now I'm getting "4 files found" all the way down to "no HH found". All the while the tables are running and the HH boxes are opened.

Any help would be great.

Have you tried closing and then reopening the UB hand history window? Do the hands begin to fetch again?

I just did that. The HH after closing them then pulling them back up worked the first import then on the next one said "no HH found."

I have had this same problem for a few months now, and would really love to see it fixed. It seems like it happens pretty much at random. Sometimes if I close the HH and re-open or just bring the HH to front PAHUD picks up the hands, but not always. I still usually end up missing hands most sessions. This is all when playing at the tables, not data-mining.

That's def not good. How do you focus on playing with that happening? Do you have this trouble while datamining too?

We are working on a resolution. I highly recommend having UB save your hands to the hard drive and then importing these hands into PokerTracker so that your database is 100% accurate.

This will work only after I have closed all the UB tables b/c they put a lock on the HH I believe. So as far as realtime updates you're working on a solution?

I believe they have unlocked the files so that they can be read by PokerTracker in real-time. (Or at least that is what has been reported to us)

They must have been mistaken. My PT error log says "unable to open file." I'm only able to import HH after closing the client.

Same thing here. The files still seem to be locked until you close the table.
