why the popup stats can not disappear?

the popup stats did not disappear sometimes although I clicked the board several times, but it worked on other seats, why? I play in ongame site.
sometimes when I right-clicked a player to make or see a note, the stats also popup from time to time, how to avoid it? thanks

I assume that you have flicker free drawing enabled? Options->Preferences->Poker Sites->PokerRoom, 'Flicker Free Drawing' is checked?

I am not sure why the popup would not close...try decreasing the amount of time that the popups will be displayed. Options->Preferences->General, 'Enable popup Stats (Closes After X seconds). Decrease X.

I like the GT+ feature here: when you put the mouse on the stats data and no need to click, it immediately popup, and close when you move the mouse elsewhere. it is good when you want to check several players' popup, especially multi tables...
