problem: license through pokestrategy ?

I am a pokerstrategy.com member and part of their "member-rewarding system", so I should get licenses for both, PT and PAH. I fullfilled all conditions, so I already got e-mails, that my licenses are ready, 2 months ago, however, my PC was broke so I couldn't get them.
NOW I finally mailed the pokertracker support and immediately got my PokerTracker license. BUT I didn't get my PokerAce license yet! I also wrote pokerstrategy... (i was supposed to get the key from pokerstrategy.com, but they told me to e-mail PokerAce support (which NO LONGER exists!!)). What should I do? I just want my key :-)

P.s.:
I already used the automatic registration form (provided my e-mail adress), but I wonder if it will work, because I wasn't even registered @pokertracker3, because I was supposed to get it from pokerstregy...
