pokerstars stats not lined up

I cant get the stats on pa to line up to the right player on stars.
I've already done the preferred seating but it's still not working.
im using this for omaha hi/low fixed limit cash games and using ptomaha
help?

Please update to the latest PAH version 1.19.10 if you aren't already.
Make sure you have the right setting for your pokerstars table type in Layout Manager -> Options.
If you disable preferred seating in both PAH and Stars, are your stats arranged correctly? Make sure you get it right like this first, then re-enable preferred seating in stars and configure it in PAH. Make sure you configure it for the correct table size - it's easy to mix up 9 and 10 seat tables.

If it's still not working after you start playing and the first PLAYED hand has been imported, Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.
