Totaly lost!

I just payed 90$ for pokertracker3 but i dont understand any of the setup or nothing. Might just be i am to dumb to use it but i am not to dumb to have won 20K$ at Ongame.

1st problem) Trying to find my own stats i hit (mine) under (Texas holdem) Than i get this " You need to configured your player name. Click the "Settings" button at the top of the tab of configure"
BUT when i try do just that i get 3 tabs ( General) (Preformance) (Icons) under the (general) i got a box called "My screen Name" but i cant type ANYTHING in it???


2nd problem)TableTracker i play at Ongame (hollywoodpoker) so ofc i click the Ongame(non-Pokerroom) under Sites than i click Limites: No Limit (NL) and i wing out all limites but still i get this " There were no tables met your criteria." WTF No NL tables running at OnGame AT ALL??????


When i read about PT3 on the web everyone was like wow this is great, this made me tons of money, id never play poker with out PT3 again, 55-90$ is nothing compared to the money it will make you blah blah blah.
From what i see so fare its NOT very user frendly in fact i dont understand NOTHING of it use.

If you can help me, it be great if not ill just uninstall it again and forget about the 90$ i payed you and go back to my winning normal play.

Click "Search" and search for your player name.
Make sure you have imported some of your own hands first, or your name won't appear in the list.

Make sure you have selected the correct limits - NL tables are listed by Big Blind amount, not the 100xBB amount that some sites list.
So if the tables you are interested in have big blind of $2, you need to check the $2 option (not $200).
Note: You can't just select No Limit from the dropdown list, you have to select the limits you are interested in by checking the box next to the blind amount.[/quote]
