No "pop-up stats" on Pokerstarts

Hello iam a French player, and i juste buy PAH.
Its working great, stats are on the table with Pokerstars but my problem is : i haven't got the pop-up menu with the other player's stats.
You say "click left on player's name or click and wait 2 seconds" but for me its not working.
I need Help plz

What operating system are you using? If you are running Vista, try disabling 'User Account Control' then reinstalling PokerAce Hud over-top of your existing installation.

It only works for me when i click on the Buy in amount for the player...so try clicking on the money rather than the player name or avatar
