Integrated in PT3 or no? + configure question.

Postby Djay » Thu Jul 31, 2008 9:19 am

Ive used the old version of PAHUD for a while and loving it. However im having trouble with the PA hud that is integrated in PT3 as it makes my comp laggy when playing 8 tables. This wasnt the case with old PA hud. Offcourse id rather have a tip on how to make this work out, but if not....is PAHUD still avaliable as a stand alone aplication for PT3? And is it likely to solve my lag trouble?

Also...the friggin boxes have a tendency og covering buttons and the text box where i type my bet. In old PAHUD i could set up the box locations myself. Cant seem to find a way to do that in integrated PAHUD. Is there a way?

Thanks in advance.

No, PAHud does not and will not work with PT3. The integrated HUD is NOT PAHud.
We're still working on improving the performance of PT3's HUD and the next release should be faster for everyone.
If you're not already, try Beta 15 and the 'enhance hud performance' option on HUD Options.

You can move the stats around by right click drag.
See the HUD Config Guides in the Documentation or the How To: HUD Configuration for full details.

Even tho im sligthly frustrated ill admit that the PT3 HUD will be a huge improvment when the performance problem is solved.

About that beta...i notice the release note says:

Hud: Best Hud Performance feature that configures the Hud for optimal performance at the cost of some features

Can you educate me on exactly what features are lost?

The background to the stats will always be solid, and the redraw is delayed slightly, e.g. when you move or close a table.
