Issues with Ultimate Bet

Hi I've got a couple of questions and hope that you folks might be able to help me sort them out.

After a few months of not being able to use Poker Ace after the Cereus merger (I had been using an old version of Gametime) I've finally installed 1.19.10.3 beta. I actually didn't mean to grab the beta but I don't know how to roll back to the last stable release. I use Postgres SQL as my data base.

Issues:
1. I play at Ultimate Bet and my seat is always fixed at the bottom, seat 5 I guess. In Table Layout I have 'Show Mine' unchecked. Unfortunately, it shows the seat 5 stats... all of 225 thousand of them. I assume this is slowing things down. I don't need to see my stats at all, any way to turn them off?

2. Poker Ace seems to be using a fair bit of system resources and I'd love to run as lean as I can. I've tried turning off the flicker free but I can't live with the terrible flickering I get. I tried system cache but gave up after a couple of hours of generating the cache and seemingly getting no where. Any other suggestions on getting things to speed up a bit?

3. With UB, Poker Tracker and Poker Ace all running my system seems to be working quite hard. Much of the time a significant percentage of the players stats show up as ' N/A '. After the hand is done some times only one or two of the board will show up (something like... Ah * * Jh * ) and mucked hands being similar ( * 8c ). I believe it may be related to the above performance issues. Any help with this would be great too.

You will need to use 1.19.10.3 - no older versions will work at Cereus.

Your own stats should only ever be for the current session even if they are shown.
Are you using a script or something to generate hand histories for observed tables?
If PAH is using these it might not know that you are the hero so would be treating you like a normal player.

Do you use the cache in PAH? If not, you should try it, this will speed things up a lot, especially if you have a lot of, or very large, databases.
Options -> Preferences -> Databases.
Please note when you first build the cache it can take a long time, so run it overnight or something.
(If you are using postgres 8.3 databases, the cache won't work.)

I am using 1.19.10.3 beta. It does work with exception of the aforementioned problems.

Nope. Just Ultimate Bet, Poker-tracker and Poker Ace.

Could this be a Poker-Tracker problem rather than Poker Ace? Now that I type this... I do have several aliases including an Absolute Poker player. Then it might be confusing the Ultimate Bet alias with a regular player. Are two Cereus aliases a problem for either program?

Yes I did try it but killed the process after a couple of hours. I will run it again overnight as I have a fairly large database 200K+.

Try running the cache update process overnight and see if that helps; running without the cache on a database of that size using PAHUD could well be at least part of your problem.

Ran the process over night... speed seems better and most tables / players have stats associated with them now. Much better. There was an error message upon completion (didn't write it down before hitting OK) but everything seems better.

Major issue left would be that all of my stats are still showing against my will. lol. With other issues resolved this is one I could live with if needed although I'd love to figure out the problem.

That's good news.

Seeing lifetime stats for "hero" is normally caused by PAH not knowing that you are "hero" - are you using any scripts or datamining applications to generate hand histories, or just using the HH written by UB?

Please enable logging, reproduce the problem on a single table and play 30+ hands, and send the PAHud.log file via the Support system so that we can review your configurations and troubleshoot the issue.

Include a screenshot of the table and the hand history file for the session too.
