PAHUD.exe has stopped working

I am getting the following error message when I try to run pahud

"PAHUD.exe has stopped working"

I am using Vista with UAC disabled and running pahud as admin. I have tried both versions 1.18 and 1.19.6
Same error message with both.

OK, Tried that. Same problem.

Did Windows update recently?
Have you rebooted again since the update? (If not, please do - the updates can stop some things working temporarily.)

Leave UAC disabled and uninstall PAHud, reboot, then re-install it.
You can make a copy of the "data" folder away from the PAHud folder to keep your configuration.

I am using AVG free 8.5.424 and Comodo firewall

AVG is fine - please make sure that Comodo is configured to allow PT3 full access as described in the firewall guide.
