POKERSTARS PATCH FOR "No Flop", "No Turn"... ERRORS

Are you sure it's for PT v2?????

Postby HoozYerMama » Fri May 09, 2008 6:12 pm

Pat, I'm also skittish about installing this patch. Are you sure it's really the PT2 patch? If so, why is it on the PT3 web site? But you've provided it on the PT2 support forums.

Very confused and apprehensive.

Will await confirmation or correction before installing this patch. Thanks.

First, this isn't a "PT3" web site. The site is http://www.pokertracker.com

PT3 is the latest version of PT, pre-orders have just started to be taken for PT3.

So now we have to have separate forums for people that are using PT3 and for people still using PT2.

The patch is fine.

Pat, I'm aware that I'm on http://www.pokertracker.com.

I'm also able to read, and here is what you posted on the Poker Tracker 2 forum:

> Here is the patch
> http://www.pokertracker3.com/products/P ... 21702a.exe

This is why we are apprehensive about the patch. You've provided a link to the http://www.pokertracker3.com web site. I'm aware you're supporting v2 while getting v3 ready for general release. When you post on the v2 forum that the patch is on http://www.pokertracker3.com's web site, it introduces some concern on our part, at least for anyone who happened to notice where the patch is located.

I will install it, but rather than blow us both off, you might instead address the confusion that you--not we--introduced by putting the Poker Tracker 2 patch on the Poker Tracker 3 web site.

Do you see why we're confused and apprehensive?

It's the same thing, use this if you don't trust the other one.

What email did you even use to purchase PT? I don't have a record of this one you are using for the forum.

Thanks. Figured it was probably same patch, but wanted to be sure. The 3 in the domain name threw me.

I'm on my wife's laptop while on vacation. Using her e-mail account. Purchase was under different e-mail address, same e-mail domain. Don't worry, I'm no pirate, matey!

I installed the patch after getting all the above errors. Now I can't open PT at all. I went straight to the application in Program Files to run it. I get "Failed to execute target process" window immediately pops up. Is a reboot required?

Try restarting the computer and reinstalling the patch.

What version were you using before this?

What email was used to purchase Poker Tracker? I have no record of this one used for the forum.

Did you go back and reimport all the hand history files like I described to do in the other post with the new patch file?
