IMPORTING PROBLEM

whoops having problem posting screen shot...but summary says I have 6 tourneys- 5 sng 1 mtt

Open the File > Tournament Summaries - Manual Entry > Full Tilt window.
How many tournaments are listed there? That's all you have imported hands from. If it's more than are showing on the tourney stats window then you have some filters set on the Preferences tab that are preventing the others from showing and you need to remove that filter if you want to see them all.

That's OK, I can just copy/paste the text.

Use the Remove All Filters button.

If you don't see the 20 tournaments then

1. make sure you have selected the right name from the list down the left side of the window.
2. if you have the right name selected, then please post images of the tourney notes tab of the stats window and the FTP manual tournament entry window.

I can see the 20 tourneys not added...now unable to post the image tag

heres the image tag for tourney notes showing 6 tourneys for ryaned2...I know I have or had more

ring games are importing fine...its tourneys that have not...I am now loggin to PT and Full Tilt as admin
