On Game import error wtf

Hello dear support!

I play on the on game network's Tower Gaming room, and i try to import hand but these are unsucessful. I installed odbc driver so PT2 recognize the hands but unfortunatly i get an error message (utilites... error logs) this is the next:

"Error - duplicate seats found for game #P4-73504746-1825.
This error is usually indicative of the hand history information being improperly recorded in the PokerRoom (or skin) database file."

What may be the problem, can you help me? Thank you!

My version of pt2 is 2,17,02, i use freshest poker client, the newest 3.xx odbc driver, and my OS is winxp32bit.

Is your PT2 registered? If so, what name and email were used to purchase PT2? It wasn't what you are using for the site.

Why is the name on your account Gyorgy Horak then? And this person you mention just requested his own new code 4 days ago - what is going on here?

Unfortunately i just changed "network" 3 days ago, so i asked him to sell me his account both his e-mail and his PT2. This is because ongame only works with PT2, but PT2 isnt on "sell" anymore. If you see, you could see that no other key is in use, only the last asked one. So it isnt a multiacc or something else. But if it ain't works, and there is any option to help me, i would pay for an account for PT2 again, because i play poker for living and i need this program. So tell me what to do. And sorry for the "mistake" but i couldnt see any other option to use PT2.

PT2 is no longer for sale.

I don't know why he's requesting codes for you and never once telling me that it's not his own code that he's using. He also had no right to "sell" you his copy of Poker Tracker. He got the code for free from PokerStrategy and was specifically told that he has no right to sell the license to anyone, it's against the terms of use. Maybe that's why he never told me.

Since you have purchased PT3 I'm going to send you a link via PM that I want you to click on to request your own PT2 code (even though it's already registered), that way you'll have your own separate record in my database.

As to this error, start a new Ongame db. Under the Statistics menu on the Ongame lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.

Thank you very much pat! Im very happy that now i have a totally legal PT2 account. So from now can i request key (if it need) in my real name? And thank you the answer how to correct the problem in my Pt with ongame. It works fine.
