Problem after windows reinstalation.

So i reinstalled windows, and trying to get PT2 to work, i had it installed on diffrent driver, so database survived, didnt do any backup tho or anything. When i try to run it( i installed sqlite) i get a message saying:"(patch to file hhdb.mdb) is not a valid path. Make sure the path name is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the server on which the file resides" Next i get a window where im suppose to enter login and password. What im suppose to do to make it running? or how to extract hands saved in that database?

What name and email did you use to purchase PT2? I have no record of you purchasing it with this email address used for the forum.

You are asking about PT2. How could you have been using PT2 on another drive when you never bought PT2?

Im using trial version obv. And why do i use PT2 instead of 3? Cause it it compleatly useless it is so bugged. When i spent my money on PT3 i expected to receive a product that will not crush for no reason every half an hour. But nevermind that. I started using PT2 and now you refuse to help me with my problem. I dont deserve support? Dont make me regret that i bought your software.

Open the Help/About Poker Tracker window. What is the product ID listed there. At the bottom of the window, does it list a code? If so, what is that?

Is there a file called ptrack.mdb in the c:\program files\poker tracker v2 folder? If so, what is the size of this file?

I installed PT2 on E drive, that file you asked have almost 2GB. I cant tell you the ID cause when i try to run it i get that message about connecting to database and it turns off cause it cant connect to the DB.

You were using the trial version of PT2 yet you have a 2gb database file? I don't see how that's possible to import so many hands into the trial version. Is there a file called ptregv2.mdb in that folder? If so, email it to support at pokertracker dot com and reference this post so I know who it's from.
