generic import setup

I'm trying to figure out how (if at all) I can get PT2 HE to read HHs from the Everleaf network, as well as Cake Poker. Both sites have very much standard HH formats in locally stored .txt files and should be no problem for PT to read, but even if I use the "generic import" window and point PT to the correct folder, it finds the files, but seems unable to read them.

Any help and/or suggestions will be greatly appreciated!
