Ongame rake errors

Postby Apanage » Thu May 22, 2008 3:33 pm

In about 5% of my hands played at Ongame I get rake errors. For example I have a hand with a potsize of 159 dollars where 39 dollars has been deducted in rake.
The hand history itself contains the same info so I guess that this is an ongame problem and not a PT problem.
But I post it anyway in case it could be fixed.

When you start getting a lot of errors with Ongame data it's best to either start a new database or use the "Reset DB's" option on the Ongame auto-import window.

To start a new Ongame db, under the Statistics menu on the Ongame lobby window you need to select "Advanced" > "Create Statistics File". Give it a name and then it will start to use a different file than the one that is corrupted. In Poker Tracker, on the File/Auto-Import PokerRoom (and skins) Hand Histories window click the Configure Hand History Files button and tell PT about this new file. Note also that you can delete the pointer to the older db file so PT doesn't keep trying to look at that each time and continue giving errors.
